Mas é claro, que mencionar estudos nao adianta em nada se voce nao souber enterpreta-los. Desta forma, muitos estudos nao tem validade alguma, as vezes, se quer podem ser aplicados ao mundo real. Como os estudos to layne norton com bcaa, que foram feitos em ratos.
O meu ponto aqui nao é atacar IF, porém acabar com essa ilusao de que voce ganhará menos gordura ou perderá mais, ou algo do tipo assim que foram os pontos criados pelos "gurus" que criaram essas dietas. Se voce tivesse lido o artigo, voce teria visto que é um debate muito interssante,e onde cada um mostra estudos, e o outro desmente o outro através de outros estudos e análises detalhadas dos estudos.
