Crescendo corretamente

1. Fique o mais definido possível - Pessoas definidas sempre vão parecer melhor que caras inchados. Caras definidos respondem aos hormônios muito melhor que os inchados pelo fato de que quando vc é gordo vc não utiliza os nutrientes adequadamente.

2. Para chegar até 9% ou menos, use apenas Test, Tren e Mast. Se tiver mais de 25 anos, use GH tb… vc n deve usar nada mais até chegar até 9%, na verdade 7%, 7% a 9% pe a "zona do crepúsculo". 7% de BF é quando vc fica definido e fibrado mesmo relaxado.

3. Quando vc chega em 8% de BF e consegue ver as linhas do abdômen e a pele começa a ficar com um visual saltado, com não muita gordura embaixo da pele, pare de tomar a Test Prop e use Test Enan no lugar, e faça um Blast com 1-2 gramas de Test Enan legítima para que vc fique mais expresso enquanto explode e mantém o BF de um dígito. Nada de orais, apenas mude o ester, aumentando a dosage de test de 350-700mg para 1-2g de Enan. Isso irá empurrar ainda mais o músculo de dentro da pele e vc irá de 90-95kgs com 8% de BF para 100kgs com 7-8% de BF. Isso é para engrossar um shape que está ficando muito definido. Se ficar muito definido, dá a impressão de fraqueza, então vc precisa adicionar ESPESSURA.

4. Tren ace sempre, o tempo todo…sempre ON. Para ter certeza que vc está queimando gordura e ganhando músculo.

5. Quando vc chegar ao peso e tamanho desejado, com BF de um dígito, de preferencia 8%, então vc reduz a Test Enan e muda para Test Prop, 350-700mg/semana, injetando TSD, enquanto aumenta a Tren, EQ e Mast. Aumente o GH e vc irá para a zona dos 6% emu ns 2 meses sem perder nada de tamanho.

6. Quando vc estiver com 6%, pare completamente com a test por algumas semanas, fique seco por umas 2 ou 3 semanas e então faça um Blast com Anadrol ou Dianabol, o que irá fazer vc explode mais ainda com 6-7% de BF.

7. Aumente o GH para dosagens bem altas, a insulin deve vir apenas depois de todos esses passos, quando o corpo estiver preparado.

8. Tome diuréticos se necessário se vc quiser se tornar um boneco de anatomia, mas se vc não estiver competindo então vc não precisa ficar com 4-5%, 6% é o suficiente. Um diurético vai deixar vc ainda melhor, mas é preferível somente se vc for competir.

Falaram aí no tópico já que tem gente que não precisa de testo porque não perde libido e o eixo não para de fabrica-la.

GH15 são varias pessoas, ele se contradiz muito.

Uma hora você deve ficar sempre on trenbo, outra hora só em cutt.

Uma hora testo é tudo, outra hora não serve

perfeito.

deixa eu colocar em prática :

o cara cicla sem testo tem a testo quase zerada, perde libido, mas recupera normalmente pos ciclo

teria que usar testo?

vejo tambem VARIOS que nao perdem libido, mas provável que fiquem sem mta testo durante ciclo

a testo tambem deve ser utilizada por esse indivíduo?

ja vi ele falando que sem testo = brocha

e ja vi ele falando nao use testo, apenas tenha alguns ml's quando necessario [nao sei se foi ele... sei que ele REPOSTOU isso]
