The population must make sacrifices, soldiers must lay down their lives, and orders must be obeyed in the meanwhile. Also, vengeance must be taken against the "blameworthy" nation. (This last point has not been fully appreciated.)

 

The socialist and Communist operatives inside the US Government do not understand the full logic of global revolution. Their understanding is limited. Perhaps there are a few, whose hatred of America allows them to see -- and feel the thrill -- of America's impending downfall. But most of them are as clueless as Trotsky, Zinoviev, Kamenev and Bukharin when Stalin's great axe fell. When the American left's usefulness has ended, and it is time to sweep away the American global system, it will not be enough to have set up parallel international organs to supplant those currently in operation. Millions of human beings, who will see Russia's moves as a betrayal, will have to be swept away. Therefore it would be extremely dangerous to allow America to exist in any form whatsoever. A revived America, even under socialist auspices, would inevitably become a rival of the other two great socialist powers. A simple socialist takeover of America, which may have already happened, is far from satisfactory for the Russians and Chinese. They must destroy and annihilate America as Rome destroyed and annihilated Carthage. And it is no small thing that Alexander Dugin has referred to America as Carthage and, by way of imitating Cato the Elder, has publicly declared that America must be destroyed.

 

This is all very logical, and helps to explain the new Russian missiles and warheads, tanks and submarines. Tools for the job of extermination are needed. The West, of course, is asleep; and those who would sound the alarm will not be heard over the commercial din. Besides, the Americans already know everything. They already have everything. There is no reason to question what is known. Such is the standard of foresight today. And unless the Russians bungle their next moves, there will be no reassessment until we are starving in the rubble of our own cities.

Em resumo, durante todo o mandato, Obama trabalhou para desmantelar as forças armadas americanas enquanto criava situações potenciais de conflito. Toda a desestabilização no Oriente Médio foi parte dessa política, assim como outras regiões. Só que o bloco russo-chinês, no momento, também parece meio com o pé atrás de entrar em conflito armado com os EUA, e por isso o apoio explícito ao Trump.
