tony, beleza? sei que cheguei tarde, mas nunca e tarde para dar um conselho....voce eh novo, NUNCA se deve tomar gh antes dos 25...teve casos de pessoas abaixo de 25 que teve problemas com a producao natural do gh, fechando completamente. p.s. E nao, o uso de gh sintetico, nao fecha/diminui a producao natural de gh, diferentemente dos aes...ha nao ser em casos como esse que citei acima,... Quanto mais novo, mais iu voce deve ingerir....no seu caso, de 6-8iu dia... quanto mais velho for a pessoa, menos ela vai precisar, pois sua producao estara baixa... qualquer duvida manda um pm. fala irmao, tudo na paz!? ja tomei sim, eh um resultado a longo prazo...sempre tomei 4ui por dia, 2ui manha, 2ui a tarde,para nao atrapalhar a liberacao anoite do gh natural do meu corpo...voce tomando a noite, voce diminui a sproducao de gh no organismo, e eh uma coisa qque voce nao quer...voce quer o maximo de gh correndo no seu corpo.. Comecei a ver os resultados em 2 meses e meio...resultados solidos....que voce sente realmente, que esta completamente diferente do que antes... Menos que isso, e do jeito que voce estava tomando...vai muito mais pro lado psicologico e pela dieta do que pelo gh... por isso que gh eh um ciclo caro, pois para tomar do jeito correto eh muitaa grana... tamo junto MUCH RESPECT aO nosso amigo pjordan, eh totalmente psicologico, em 10 dias nao tem resultado visivel nenhum...mas fica tranquilo, quando aparecer voce ira saber!

Com certeza a diferenca, qualidade que voce sentiu foi da dieta e nao do gh...o gh pra comecar a sentir o efeito, no minimo 4iu por dia, durante 4 meses..antes disso, pode falar, gritar, mas o gh nao surte o efeito..seus amigos que competem tomaram errado tambem.. isso pq IFBB PRO, chegam a tomar 30-40iu por dia.....fora trembolona 2g por semana, testo 8 gramas por semana...... Tenho embasamento no que eu falo, se quiser depois, me mande um pm que mando varios artigos e te mostro diversos foruns gringos, onde a peso pesa mesmo! varios bb , alem de varios fornecedorres de gh que conheco, a opiniao eh a mesma, essa que eu te falei! forte abraco, MUCH RESPECT isso eh o de menos pra eles....a genetica pesa, eles conseguem tomar doses que para nos, eh impossivel...2-3 gramas de tremb por semana, 40iu de gh por semana, 8 gramas de testo por semana.... a diferenca entre eles e nos, eh que o corpodeles aguenta as super doses...enfim, genetica... e Body bulding, realmente nao eh um esporte saudavel, ca pra nos neh! This is the truth: If your diet, training, health and rest are completely up to scratch, the more steroids you take, the bigger you will get. It's as simple as that. Pros have got their diet, training (health for the most part) and rest up to a standard that works for them perfectly, but they are only the size they are due to the drugs they take. Those very same people for the most part have used/use extremely higher dosages than what they preach. Why do they preach the low dosages? - various personal agendas. Reality is that as a rule, 1g per week of test non stop year round is the 'off' time for the pros. Gear is added as it's obtained - no real detailed cycles as such. As long as they take the high dosages of gear, they'll grow (as long as the diet, training, health and sleep is up to scratch as mentioned previously). Several grams of test per week, several grams of anabolics per week, up to 2g/week of tren, a shit load of orals, insulin several times a day year round, GH as much as can be afforded - 15 to 30IU/day, etc. BUT, pros have the genetics to have their bodies accept the gear, and generally not get sick on it. And ancilliary use is huge - liver aids to the max, anti-e's, dht blockers, cardio supps, cholesterol supps, etc. Still, most of them are complete wrecks. They can't control bodily functions, they pass out from walking a flight of stairs, they get drenched in sweat from tying their shoelaces. Gyno, baldness, dry skin, gout, excess bodily hair, acne, etc are ALL existant in virtually all of them. It is not a healthy sport, drug use is ENORMOUS, but to ignore it and to preach otherwise is pathetic and not what this site is about. BTW, Synthetek's books have on them who's who of current pros ordering Syntherol constantly. They ALL use it extensively. It is pathetic though, when one orders a bottle and their credit card gets declined due to not enough funds. You think a 30+ yo would have his life in order more than that. Anyway, I'm sick of seeing the bullshit that has been promoted on this site the last few years. Fala Street, entao cara...o sarms na verdade funciona parecido com os aes...anabolico/androgenico, ele eh bem parecido com a testosterona, porem nao tem seus efeitos colaterais, minimo. Nao fecha o eixo. Por esse motivo que eh muito bom mesclar o pct com o sarms s4, pois alem de manter os ganhos, voce consegue otimiza-los......sem ter aquela preocupacao eterna de controlar os ganhos na pct. Mas o sarms por si soh tem sim efeitos colaterais, altas dosagens pode levar a ficar meiio cegueta durante o uso...o famoso night vision...quando voce ta muito tempo no pc e no quarto escuro, quando desliga a tela do pc, vc nao fica com pouca visao no quarto...eh mais ou menos assim... E o crescimento da prostata.... Mas isso em altas dosagens,a dosagem normal de 50mg/dia nao afeta em nada, pelo menos eh o que acho nos foruns gringos.

Vai em qualquer forum gringo, galera vai condenar...ciclo tem que ser no minimo, MAS NO MINIMO 6 semanas..pra se considerado um ciclo curto que vai de 8-10 semanas.. abaixo disso nao tem logica, pois voce vai fechar o seu organismo pra 4 semanas??? e essa coisa de primeiro ciclo, pra se adaptar...eh pura bobagem e falta de conhecimento.. ainda mais dura em 4 semanas.... sem querer menosprezar ninguem abs a todos
