Sempre leio na Men's Health que é fundamental treinar músculos grandes, pois promove maior liberação de hormônios anabólicos (Gh principalmente) e também aumenta consideravelmente o gasto calórico, sendo o agachamento muito bom para quem quer emagrecer. abraço. As meninas da minha sala da facu viajam na minha perna.. dizem que acham lindo.. 2 troncos de arvore.. UHAUHAUHUAHUAHUAHUA Minha perna é bem peluda e grossa.. gosto dela.. E acho horrivel aquelas pernas de siriema( 80 % das pessoas que malham tem ela) .. e poucos tem a forca de vontade de melhorem... Só pra constar.. eu não malho perna.
