Duvida Oxyelite + C4 Extreme

Olá galera, sou atleta de mma e começarei a tomar oxyelite + c4 extreme, e estou com duvidas de como tomar, horarios etc, ja tomava oxyelite só vou acrescentar o c4, por favor me ajudem ! obrigado

Na moral vei, se leu a porcaria da bula do oxyelite?!

Se leu o aviso pequeno escrito nele?!

Por isso que o pessoal vira matéria da record, toma as parada e nem lê o que vem escrito na embalagem.

Acha que suplemento é bala.

Se quer ajuda, NÃO TOME O C4 ENQUANTO ESTIVER TOMANDO O OXYELITE, OU MELHOR, NÃO TOME O C4 ATÉ PELO MENOS UMAS 2 SEMANAS DEPOIS ACABAR DE TOMAR O OXYELITE. SEU SNC AGRADECE.
