17 anos, 179cm, 83'84kg; BF 13-15%

Tenho dificuldade em ganhar massa mas um pouco de gordura localizada na cintura.

A quantidade de proteina está em 40g a mais do que deveria(3g por kg). Isso é um problema ou...
