Oi queria saber se eu sou ectomorfo ou mesomorfo...quando eu começei a malhar eu tinha uns 45 kg hj ja tenho 8 meses de treino e tenho 72 kg ganhei 30 kg pore, minha altura e 1.81... q biotipo vcs acham q eu sou ???? tenho 32 de braço eu acho....
