    Opa irmão, CMG acontece msm coisa, mesmo eu tomando após refeição, pra não acontecer isso tenho q ficar uns 20 minutinhos sem se movimentar muito, geralmente quando eu almoço tomo e saio de casa, sempre no ônibus eu fico mega enjoado(por conta dos pulos que o transporte causa) mas enfim, diarréia nunca deu não
