  4. Entao pessoal, fiz avaliação hoje e o instrutor(o carinha da academia) foi fazer a medição de gordura , ai ele falou: só tem pele mano , tu praticamente não tem gordura, fiquei meio assim ... ai estou com essa duvida , qual a % de gordura que eu tenho ?
