Segue o post original , com link: HIIT cardio will actually be quite beneficial for the bulker, what with the surge in resting growth hormone levels for the several hours following the activity, which is one of the techniques used to allocate more ingested food towards muscle/glycogen storage rather than adipocyte storage. I used to consider HIIT heresy during a bulk too, but if one makes up for the deficit with more food, there can be nothing wrong with doing it except jacking up your hormone levels for as much as 24 hours. It does, however, depend on the individual. Some individuals find that they can't perform as intensely in their workouts if they perform HIIT cardio. That's why you schedule it on a separate day from your workouts and make sure to load up on carbs (you can worry less about fat storage because of the biased nutrient partitioning environment that the HIIT cardio creates for the body). So, compare one individual who ingests 3000 calories during his bulk to another individual who performs HIIT cardio on off days and eats upwards of 3500 calories or more to make up the difference. The second individual is the one most likely to derive the benefits of the bulk in terms of size without the accompanying excessive fat. I'd imagine it would benefit endomorphs the most, and probably work against ectomorphs. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=7636881&page=1 Editado Janeiro 23, 2013 às 22:35 por gaguri Link para o comentário Compartilhar em outros sites
