Postado 12/02/2014 às 17:34 02/12, 2014 Vitamin D3 An essential vitamin shown in recent clinical studies to increase total testosterone in males by 25% and increase bioactive testosterone by 20%. Zinc Adequate intake is essential for the proper functioning of the male reproductive system, boosts the production of testosterone. Magnesium Plays important roles in the production of anabolic hormones, such as and especially testosterone. Vitamin B6 Aids the uptake of both magnesium and zink. A combination supplementation with magnesium, zinc and vitamin B6 for eight weeks increased free testosterone levels by more than 33% in football players. Vitamin B12 Vitamin B-12 is an essential nutrient that cannot by synthesized by animals or plants, only by micro-organisms. deficiencies in B vitamins will lower testosterone levels. Rhodia Roseastimulating the release of the mood-modulating neurotransmitters norepinephrine. Dopamine and serotonin rhodiola may have positive effects on your mood, helping to prevent stress, which eats away testosterone. Suma RootSuma was widely used by Russian athletes in the 1970s. Suma root also contains saponins (nortriterpenoid and pfaffosides) which is beneficial for abnormal cellular growth, as well as helping regulate blood sugar levels and blood pressure. L-theanine L-Theanine helps release dopamine, reducing mental and physical stress. It also helps balancing out the Sleep/Wake cycles which is important factors to a optimized testosterone production. TESTOSTERONE BOOSTERS FenugreekFenugreek can increase sexual arousal and testosterone levels, enhancing athletic performance. A Study showed that fenugreek significantly improved performance in the weight-lifting portions, reduced body fat and increased testosterone levels. Mucuna PrurienMucuna pruriens extracted for l-dopa has many benefits, including maintaining healthy blood sugar levels and boosting both growth hormone and testosterone in humans. It has shown to increase testosterone levels by 27% in a study at the University of Lucknow in India. Maca RootMaca is reputated as an adaptogen that stimulates the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus, to make more testosterone in your own body. This ensures that you have more testosterone in the long term. ForskolinCan decrease body fat, increase bone mass and boost free testosterone levels. Forskolin activates an enzyme called adenylate cyclase, which plays a role in testosterone production. Panax GinsengKorean Ginseng has been known to increase physical and mental endurance, reduce cholesterol, and increase energy. It is commonly taken to enhance physical performance, prolong life and increase sexual potency. Long before scientists researched its benefits, Chinese herbalists prescribed it to normalize blood pressure, improve blood circulation and prevent heart disease. ESTROGEN INHIBITORS Prunella VulgarisPrunella Vulgaris, a highly esteemed traditional herb, has been suggested to have anti-estrogenic properties through its effect in activating the Aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AHR) (3) which can interfere with estrogen (4, 5).* Furthermore, it may have an effect on inhibiting the estrogen-induced enzyme, CYR61.* Stinging Nettle Stinging nettle root, or Urtica dioica, is a type of nettle that grows mainly in South America. It works to boost testosterone levels via different mechanisms. One mechanism is that it helps to keep the testosterone molecule free from SHBG. Although SHBG helps testosterone stay in the blood longer, it also prevents it from binding with its receptors in muscle cells. Freeing up testosterone with a supplement such as stinging nettle root means you have higher levels of free testosterone in the body that are then capable of influencing muscle growth. Damiana ExtractThis shrub has been used for centuries as a sex booster. University of Mississippi (Oxford) researchers discovered that damiana leaf extract inhibited thearomatase enzyme, which converts testosterone into estrogen in the body. TURBO BOOSTER DELIVERY SYSTEM L-arginine Many people have done their research and realize that amino acids are an important part of supplementation, L-arginine is up there with creatine when it comes to performance enhancing. L-Arginine supports blood and oxygen flow to and from muscle tissues. Agmatine Sulfate The nutrient partitioning effects of Agmatine may be due to its potential ability to support the insulin response to carbohydrates as well as the increased blood flow to the muscle seen with increased nitric oxide production.* Agmatine may play a potential role in the hypothalamic control of luteinizing hormone (LH) and GH release, thus supporting healthy levels of both growth hormones.* BioperineBioperine®, a standardized extract from the fruit of Piper nigrum L (black pepper). Bioperine® is clinically suggested to enhance the oral bioavailability of other co-ingested compounds.*
