Eu comprei uns suplentos e estao para chegar e gostaria que voceis me ajudasse em como tomar e qual tomar com qual , essas coisas e recomendaçoes de dosagem

1 x BCAA 1000 - 400 caps ,OPTIMUN

1 x Animal Pak 44 Packs , UNIVERSAL

1 x Platinum Hydrowhey 1580g OPTIMUN

Directions For Nitrix: Recommended for persons under 200 lbs: Take 3 tablets 3 times per day (everyday). Always take on an empty stomach (i.e approximately 30-45 minutes before meals or 2 hours after a meal.) Taking with food or on a full stomach may diminish its effects. Take the first 3 tablets in the morning upon arising, the second 3 tablets before lunch, and the final 3 tablets before dinner.

Directions For Kre-Alkalyn 1500: Take 1 to 2 capsules once in the morning and once prior to exercise.

Directions For BCAA 1000 Caps: Consume 2 BCAA 1000 Capsules between meals , 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts.

Directions For NOX3:

Take three tablets twice daily, once in the morning on an empty stomach and again 30 minutes prior to lunch. To maximize results, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily while using NOX3.

Directions For Animal Pak: Advanced bodybuilders, powerlifters, and athletes, take one packet 30 minutes after the meal prior to your workout. For competitions and intense training sessions take two packets daily. Take with plenty of water.

Directions For Platinum Hydrowhey:

Platinum Hydrowhey^® is INSTANTIZED, so it always mixes up easily and completely. Simply add 1 scoop of Platinum Hydrowhey^® to a blender, shaker cup, or glass filled with 12 ounces of cold water, milk, or juice and blend, shake, or stir for 20-30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Platinum Hydrowhey^® shake by varying the amount of liquid you use to prepare it. For a slightly thicker consistency with a bolder flavor, mix each scoop with 10 ounces of water. For a milder tasting less sweet shake, use 14-16 ounces of liquid per scoop.
