Esatava lendo esse artigo que me foi indicado sobre como montar um bom treino (How to Design a Damn Good Program, Part 1)

Porém, na página 3 do artigo, existem umas tabelas com execícios primários, secundários e auxiliares, todos em inglês. Alguém poderiam me ajudar e dizer por quais nomes estes exercícios são chamados aqui no Brasil? Deve ser algo fácil para quem faz educação física :)

Remedial

Upper arm supination with sledgehammer or Thor's hammer (elbow tucked in to your side and bent at a 90 degrees angle, hold the low position of the hammer/bar with your hand. The starting position has the hand in a pronated position/palm facing down and thumb facing in. You perform the exercise by rotating the forearm while keeping the elbow tucked in and bent at 90 degrees. At the end of the rep, the palm of the hand should be facing up and the thumb facing out)

mmmm.....

Postou duas vezes seguidas, tem cheiro de advertência pra mim...cuidado.

Dá até pra traduzir os nomes dos exercícios, mas traduções literais não vão te ajudar a descobrir qual é o exercício certo....se eu fosse você entrava no google imagens e ia colocando os nomes dos exercícios, pra achar imagens das execuções.
