Alguém poderiam me ajudar e dizer por quais nomes estes exercícios são chamados aqui no Brasil? Dá até pra traduzir os nomes dos exercícios, mas traduções literais não vão te ajudar a descobrir qual é o exercício certo....se eu fosse você entrava no google imagens e ia colocando os nomes dos exercícios, pra achar imagens das execuções.
